Charge from day one
Free tiers are a marketing tactic, not a business model. Charge ₹499/month for the smallest useful thing. If nobody pays, you don't have a product — you have a demo. That's information.

Bill in INR, price in USD
For services and SaaS aimed at the West, quote in USD. Your Bengaluru cost base is a moat. Use Stripe, Razorpay, or Payoneer — all supported, all fee-transparent on VibeCode.
