Workflow Consultant

As a Workflow Consultant at Dream11, you'll join a small, senior team building AI-native saas products from the ground up. You'll work daily with n8n, Replit, ChatGPT to design, ship, and scale features that customers use every day. This is a high-ownership role — you'll have direct input on what we build and how we build it.

• Instrument observability — eval pipelines, prompt versioning, cost dashboards
• Write clean, well-tested code in Python / TypeScript and review PRs from peers
• Design, build, and ship production-grade AI features using n8n, Replit, ChatGPT
• Mentor junior builders and contribute to engineering standards
• Build retrieval, RAG, and agent pipelines that scale to thousands of concurrent users
• Architect end-to-end saas workflows that integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) with internal systems

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on portfolio
• Comfort working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Have shipped LLM-powered products to real users (not just prototypes)
• 0–2 years of experience as a Workflow Consultant or in a closely related role
• Strong written communication — you can document decisions clearly
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or both
• Strong hands-on experience with n8n / Replit / ChatGPT in real production environments

• Have written publicly (blog posts, talks, OSS) about AI engineering
• Past work in the SaaS domain
• Comfort with Kubernetes, Terraform, or modern infra-as-code
• Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers / serverless edge runtimes

• Work on problems that genuinely move the needle in SaaS
